Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk
Reporting to: Finance Director
Location: Whistler Drive, Castleford, WF10 5HX
Hours of Work: 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 10am - 2pm but can be flexible with times.
This role cannot be done remotely therefore home/hybrid working will not apply.
Job Purpose:
Work within the Finance Team to ensure accurate customer invoices are issued in a timely manner, enabling the collection of on time payments from customers.
Job Duties:
- Daily production of sales invoices
- Submission of invoices to customers as necessary via email or EDI
- Work with the Credit Control team to resolve customer account queries
- Any other duties as required to support the Finance department
Skills required:
- Excellent excel ability
- Eye for detail
- Good communicator
- Sales Ledger experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
