Doing Amazing Things TogetherWe have a new opening for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our central Finance Team at our Head Office in Thame. This role will be working from our Head Office in Thame 2 days per week and 3 days working from home. Job Role • Raising invoices to Local Authorities and Private Clients. These could be weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, monthly. • Raising adhoc invoices for mileage or recharges. • Raising credit notes. • Allocating cash receipts to invoices. • Running statements and chasing aged debt • Liaising with the operations team to ensure billing information is received in a timely manner. • Liaising with Local Authorities to ensure that invoices are received and get paid. • Dealing with and resolving invoice queries. • Dealing with and resolving underpayments and queries from the Local Authorities.
