Job Summary:
- To support the Finance team in the production and maintenance of the sales ledger & sales invoicing
- To provide accurate & timely invoices and supporting information to our customers
- To support the customer service and clinical teams by providing an efficient and effective service to our customers
- To carry out a range of administrative and support activities.
- Through the companies bespoke systems (Health Hub & HMLO) produce data extract and excel backing sheets
- Checking content of backing sheets (HMLO) and investigation of any exceptions
- Maintain client information on SAP & HMLO
- Ensure HMLO contract fees have been entered correctly for new and renewed customer contracts
- Create customer price lists and obtain approval from Client Services Team
- Follow up on queries raised by customers & internal departments
- Production and despatch of sales ledger invoices and supporting documents to customers (via email or SFTP) in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all documents and records are kept in an orderly and logical manner
- Any ad-hoc finance or clerical duties as instructed by the management team.
Must be PC literate in the following packages:
