Sales Experience Consultant
Job Location:
Brighton (hybrid working (once signed off/ probation passed) – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Brighton office)
Base + commision (excellent OTE on offer)

As a Sales Experience Consultant you’ll be joining a business that is expanding, cares about the community and the environment. You will get a 9% pension as standard, increasing to 13% company max contribution (plus your 4% = a 17% pension). Role Value Proposition:
The Sales Experience Consultant role has been created to support the Employee Benefits sales team in the UK to ensure we hit our business objectives and continue to grow our market share. This will be done by a combination of Sales, Account management and Customer Service. This is the second role that we now need filling, having hired earlier in November.
Sales Experience Consultant Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience dealing with high volumes of administration.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Have previously worked in Sales or Account management and Customer Service
- Able to present face to face and virtually to any size group
- Talk confidently about a product proposition and sell the benefits
- Build meaningful relationships with internal and external customers
- Passion for helping others, empathetic and being customer focused
- Ensure effective risk management is taken into account in all day to day activities, in accordance with ME risk policies, and escalate any areas of concern to line manager and where appropriate Risk Management function.
Preferred:
Experience within Financial Services (Group Risk preferred).- Experience dealing with financial advisers
- Knowledge of:
- Group Life and Group Income Protection T&Cs
- Competitor activity
- Master Trusts
- Value added services and what benefits they provide
- What MetLife can and cannot cover
