About The Role
£24,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £45,000
Monday – Friday office hours no weekends!
Our highly successful Insurance Team is looking to expand. With an uncapped commission scheme and generous basic salary many of our advisors earn over £50k per year!
As part of the Car Finance 247 family, your role will be to contact existing customers following the purchase of their car and offer them our fantastic Gap Insurance product. You will only be working warm leads with no cold calling required!
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Executive Include:
- Conduct fact-finds to establish whether the GAP Insurance is required based on their individual circumstances
- Confidently identify any barriers and overcome customer’s objections and questions.
- Proactively arrange call backs for interested customers to give them time where required to make their minds up regarding the optional protection.
- Provide an impeccable customer experience putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Achieve individual and team targets and KPI’s and positively contribute to the team.
- Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards and knowledge in the Data Protection Act, Money Laundering and Treating Customers Fairly.
About You
- Demonstrate outstanding sales performance and customer service in a previous role(s).
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
- Hard working, determined and resilient.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Extremely self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven by targets and KPI’s
- Experience of handling objections, ability to understand and promptly respond to customer needs.
- Comfortable working under pressure, proactive and uses own initiative.
