We will provide you with all of the skills and knowledge you need to become an expert on all things Peoples. All we ask is that you are invested in providing excellent customer service without exception, you are someone our customers can trust, and you support us in creating an amazing showroom and purchasing experience for each and every one of our customers.

Responsibilities

• You need to be committed and able to build genuine relationships deliver the best customer experience.
• Communicate with customers across a variety of digital platforms, as well as telephone and face-to-face.
• You need to be someone our customers can trust, and someone who makes our customers feel genuinely excited about their purchase.

What you’ll have:-

• A full UK Driving licence is essential
• A good understanding of current technologies, digital apps and platforms and how these can be used to engage meaningfully with customers.
• You will be a confident and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable talking, presenting and demonstrating vehicle features and products on camera or face to face in an engaging and creative manner.
