Lucinda Ellery Consultancy is a prestigious organisation with an enviable reputation within the hair loss management industry with its HQ in West London, a further five locations across the UK and U.S locations in Beverly Hills and New York.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Executive/Client Relationship Manager working at our Hammersmith HQ, We have grown substantially over the last 10 years going from one location to 8 locations across the UK and the USA and we are looking for a driven individual who wants to grow with us. We do not require any knowledge of the healthcare or hair loss industry but do require an individual to have extensive sales experience and a proven successful track record in sales as well as an interest in the health care sector. Training will be provided over a two to three month period in London to ensure the appointed candidate has a full understanding of how we deliver our hair loss solutions and services to prospective clients.
In this role, the successful candidate would work as a Senior Consultant, having consultation meetings with potential clients to discuss the suitability of our hair loss management services to help manage their hair loss condition. These would take place both in person at our London head office and via video consultations using facetime, whats app vide and zoom.
The successful candidate would manage all incoming enquiries and also be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to clients who have concerns or complaints.
What we are looking for:
· 5 days a week role Tuesday to Saturday
· Great people skills with the ability to build rapport and relations quickly.
· Previous sales experience with a proven track record of results and sales.
· Sales experience within the health, beauty product or haircare sector is preferable for the role but not essential.
· Results orientated with the ability to work to targets.
· The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
· Be well presented and professional.
· A collaborative work style, open to direction ad committed to get the job done.
· Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
