Your Place at ProtectaPet
Our Cat & Garden Consultant will provide potential customers with an exceptional level of service. Working within our supportive sales team, you will take inbound calls from potential customers, understand their needs and provide them with a tailored solution to keep their cats safe outdoors. You will communicate with members of the team, customers and subcontractors on various platforms from email, telephone and WhatsApp.
You will be digitally savvy with the ability to work on multiple quotes at one time, prioritising your activities according to the demand, project and customer preferences.
Reporting to the Communications Director, you will work to seasonal sales targets. Pay is commission based with a basic salary of £20,500 per annum plus commission, with on target earnings of £27,000 to £33,000+ per annum.
You will:
- Be good at listening, compassionate to customers' needs and understand cat owner's emotional investment in their pets
- Record your activities and customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management software, scheduling follow up activities to nurture relationships
- Use our custom software to create accurate quotations which make optimum use of our unique range of modular cat proofing products
- Schedule jobs in our Installations Engineers' calendars with a strong attention to detail
- Build relationships with social media influencers, as well as animal welfare charities and veterinary professionals
- Report on quality of leads to inform ProtectaPet’s marketing strategy with occasional attendance at national exhibitions required
- Provide outstanding customer aftercare and aftersales support

Experience:
- customer service or sales: 2 years (required)
