A little bit about us - We are USP Steels, a steel sheet & plate supplier and stockist based in Kingswinford. Having just moved into our £10 million bespokely built facility, our offices includes a gym area, shower facilities, games room, hot desking, café/bar area, breakout space and much more.
Job Specification for Sales Executive
Requirements:
- Assist Managing Director and Commercial Director in any requirements for the business.
- Actively source new business for the company through calls, emails etc.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Developing the continuous improvement of supply and services.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Individual must have:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Good communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
Approx. 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 25 days holidays per year plus national UK holidays, career progression, training and courses available, on-site parking.
Salary Negotiable but will be dependent on experience and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
