Job Description: The Vapourist,
a leading provider of vaping products in Chesterfield, is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales both in-store and online.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchase decisions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment. - Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Assist with online sales and customer service inquiries. - Keep up-to-date with the latest vaping products and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. - Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements: - Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of vaping products and industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Experience with online sales and customer service is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
