Sales Executive
St Ives (Cambridge)
Salary: 20,887.88 + bonus (OTE £10,000 per annum +)

THE JOB
Dealing with our estate agent’s clients in relation to their conveyancing requirements. The focus being very much around a sales target driven environment. You will sell the benefits of working with Simplify, The UK's leading independent conveyancing and property services group, based at our modern site in St Ives with free parking!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SALES EXECUTIVE
- To sell the benefits of Move with Us conveyancing to clients referred by our member estate agents, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates.
- This position is heavily sales based, you will be expected to deal with a minimum level of referrals per day whilst maintaining a conversion rate that the business identifies to you.
- The need to maintain relationships with our estate agents and legal firms to ensure we adhere to our service legal agreements.
- Targets and KPI’s currently set are reached in the area of your role

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience in a call centre environment
- Able to commute to St Ives
- Self- motivated & Proactive
- IT experience (use of email, internet, keyboard etc.)
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining sales results
- You will need to work well in a team and on your own
- Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Proven track record in sales calling and conversion results
- Ability to influence others
- Self- motivated
- Able to work under pressure and maintain your own case load
- You will need to work well in a team environment and on your own initiative
- Able to create and maintain relationships with customers and our clients
- Time management skills are essential
HOURS
The office is open from Mondays to Thursdays 9am until 8.30pm, Fridays 9am until 6pm and Saturdays from 9am until 4pm, working hours will be required with flexible working within these opening times.
