Working for REL Field Marketing on their expanding BrewDog Field Sales team, you will be helping to spread BrewDog's passion for craft beer in the UK. In addition to making amazing craft beers, there is more than meets the eye. You may not know that BrewDog are a carbon negative brewery and have brought forward various new beers with profit going to charity.
As a BrewDog Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Visiting major Grocery retailers as the face of BrewDog
- Managing the success of your own area and achieving targets
- Obtaining additional displays, increasing the visibility and availability of the product
- Selling in new products and introducing promotions
- £22,000 to £24,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus based on KPIs (OTE up to £28,800/annum)
- 25% discount at BrewDog bars(!)
- Toyota Corolla self charging hybrid car plus fuel card
- Quarterly incentives e.g. amazon vouchers and BrewDog oriented incentives

Please note this is a very physical role and will involve a lot of heavy lifting.
You will have:
- Held a full manual driving licence for at east 12 months
- Sales experience preferred but we are willing to train those with the right attitude
- Experience working within grocery
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own work
- Dedication to completing everything to the highest standards and be motivated by results
