We are a successful financial service sales contact centre based in Ashford! We are looking for talented Sales Agents to join our team here, who want to progress their careers and earn lots of money through sales!

What you will be doing….
- Our customers journey starts with you! You will be first point of contact for all outbound and inbound sales enquiries for Life Insurance products helping people take care of their loved ones.
- Providing accurate information on products that is clear, fair, and not misleading and in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly.
- Building relationships and trust with customers effectively.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance.
- You will be helping and supporting our customers to help them protect those who matter
- Contribute positively to the team and success of the company
Who we want….
- You will have some experience of working in customer facing role environment
- Strong communication and great listening skills
- High level of resilience & motivation to succeed
- Great attention to detail, those little details do really matter
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work hard and love to smash a target
- Able to work 40 hours over 5 days per week to cover our opening hours Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm – the weekends will be on rotation; you will not have to work every weekend!

- A competitive starting salary £25,000 - £27,500 doe with the ability to increase with tenure to £40,000 plus OTE £60,000 to £85,000
