Join the Lavie Labs team as a Sales Specialist and be part of a leading skincare brand that is dedicated to helping people achieve their best skin. We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals with at least 5 years of phone sales experience to drive our growth and success.
Experience in B2C phone sales is an advantage. People from insurance and other retail sales are highly encouraged to apply.
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound phone sales calls to existing customers, showcasing the benefits of our skincare products addressing their needs, and customizing a plan that will suit their needs.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships by providing personalized skincare recommendations and advice.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of proven experience in phone-based sales roles. ( We prefer if you have experience in insurance sales or any B2C sales experience )
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
