The Position
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive/Brand Manager to join our experienced and passionate team at GT Motorcycles, in Plymouth.
With a passion for motorcycles and exceptional customer service, this is an opportunity to develop and grow whilst working with some of the best franchises available within the motorcycle industry.

You will take pride in your ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities, whilst at the same time delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and outstanding customer experience. We aim to work hard yet have fun within a friendly atmosphere and engage with all our customers with a shared passion and enthusiasm.
This role will ideally suit someone with motor-trade/retail sales experience but also for somebody who may share a passion for motorcycles and is willing to learn from our already successful and friendly team and is looking for the next challenge in their career.
The Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be achieving vehicle profit and volume targets
- Managing all enquiries by use of Pyramid and Manufacturer CRM systems
- Ensuring accurate completion of all documentation
- Ensuring Showroom display and presentation is maintained to the highest level
- Deliver first class leading customer service
- Drive the performance of New, Used and Finance related sales.
- Adhere to all franchise standards
- Maintaining above national average for our Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops
The Candidate:
- Ideally hold a Full UK Motorcycle Licence, or willing to gain one
- Have previous experience working as a Sales Executive in a dealership but not essential as training is available for the correct candidate
- Be a team player and promote strong inter-departmental relationships
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be honest, self-motivated and oodles of common sense
- Be focused on achieving business goals
- Be able to work within a defined sales process
The Reward
Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary, workplace pension, 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
Your working week will be 40 hours, Monday – Saturday with a mid-week day off, closed on Sundays (to be reviewed)
This role has an uncapped commission-based structure, with a realistic achievable OTE of £30,000 + per annum.
