Job Description:
As a Remote Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and business acumen to connect with potential clients across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospects, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and pain points.
Initiate sales conversations, deliver compelling product presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate the sales process.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and account management.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a remote sales environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
Experience in the recruitment sector or a similar field is required
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyse data.
Eligibility to work in the UK and a laptop / reliable internet connection for remote work.
