We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, calling warm leads and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the domestic boiler market and have experiance within the industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing team where you will work closely with the directors, giving the best opportunity for growth.

The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Respond quickly to leads, create quotations and communicate efficiently with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Have proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and have a good product knowledge.
- Most importantly, have a positive and friendly attitude.
