Salary – £23,681 per annum with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, OTE £30,000 per annum.
Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our specialist business contact centre sales team. If you’re looking for your first step or to develop your career further in a sales role this could be your next job as we’ll support, mentor and train you to make this happen.


With the opportunity to earn a basic salary and uncapped commission, you’ll quickly build rapport with new and existing business customers to generate mobile phone, broadband and electrical goods sales ensuring they get their perfect deal.


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Proactively making outbound and taking inbound sales calls
  • Generating new business customer sales leads for our mobile phone and broadband products using a variety of methods, e.g., telephone, email, online sources, etc
  • Preparing quotes that meet our customers’ needs
  • Processing all sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Being an expert on our telecoms product portfolio


You will need:


  • Previous experience working in a sales, customer service or services environment (e.g. Retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • To be computer literate
  • To be resilient with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • The willingness to learn and keep up to date with new products and services
