Your role
If you enjoy the B2B consultative selling of a complex service to senior professionals within the procurement world, then this role is for you. It is all about identifying, establishing and developing relationships to align CASME’s service to the needs and objectives of potential members.
A day in the life:
· Researching and developing key contacts within global organisations using a variety
of research methods to verify new contacts such as internet searches, LinkedIn, websites, procurement publications and lists of conference attendees
· Validating and entering information into CASME’s CRM system
· Initially the role will involve more training and administration leading to assisting with growing the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
· Presenting the service to potential members via email, phone and Teams/Zoom
· Working closely and communicating with Head of Business Development EMEA; updating with weekly reports.
You must have:
· Demonstrated track record of managing or being involved with longer and complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting to closing
· Great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and quick to learn
· Proven success dealing directly with various levels of clientele, including C-level executives.
· A keen interest in proactively improving skills and knowledge through continuous learning. A desire to progress to a more senior role.
Nice to have:
· Degree level education or equivalent experience
· 2-4 years of sales experience, with a focus on B2B sales
· Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office
· Video conferencing experience such as Zoom/Teams.

Salary: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
