What can I expect from the role?
Our Account Management/Sales Executive team are vital in the process of assisting our customers throughout their car buying journey.
Being the customers main point of contact your role will include:
· Keeping customers up to date regularly
· Making enquires with dealers on vehicles the customer may be interested in
· Providing quotations and working your pipeline thoroughly to generate sales
· Pursuing and liaising with lenders where necessary
The role is fast paced with quick turnaround times for your customers which is instantly rewarding and allows you to begin earning commission right away!
You will receive fresh leads daily (NO cold calling or ringing through uncontactable enquiries) and must possess the following skills to ensure you are successful in the role:
· Be well organised to maintain regular contact with your customers
· Be able to manage your time efficiently when dealing with multiple applications
· Be always confident and professional in your approach
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Working with pre-qualified hot leads (NO calling through approved customer data – our Pre-Qualification team will live transfer qualified leads to you)
- Guiding customers through the car searching/car buying process
- Efficiently managing your pipeline to maximise conversion of leads received
- Working well as part of a team
Sales Executive Requirements:
- A contagious level of energy, proactive & confident
- Well organised and meticulous with detail to enable you to run an efficient customer pipeline whilst maintaining our high level of customer service throughout the customer journey
- The ability to build rapport & a quick understating of your customers’ needs
- Meet targets in a fast paced & fun sales environment
Sales Executive Benefits Package:
- 5 day working week (weekends required – you will receive rota’d weekdays off should you work a Saturday).
- Top performers earning in excess of £60k per annum (base target achievable within 3 months if you hit the ground running)
- Realistic OTE of £42k per annum
