- £26,000pa annual basic salary + 5% bonus on EVERYTHING you sell

The Client
The client is a growing, professional training company that provides industry recognised online courses and up-skilling solutions to both individuals and organisations. Your role:
All your warm leads will be given to you, so there is no cold calling involved! Every single person you speak to will have already expressed an interest in what you are selling and you’ll be speaking directly to customers (not businesses) to build relationships, establish needs and offer the best solutions for them.
You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls per day and be motivated to exceed your sales targets and make great money!! Offering a competitive basic salary of circa £26k, along with a generous, uncapped commission structure the on-target earnings for this role are £50K plus.... However, the sky truly is the limit, as you will get out what you put in!
Working hours are Monday - Friday , 09.00-18.00 with an hour for lunch. There is free on-site parking, fantastic on-going training and a great company culture. The Candidate:
Are you a confident communicator with experience working in a busy sales office or call centre type environment? We are looking for bright, energetic individuals who either already have previous sales experience, or who want to get into sales and make great money! Full sales training will be given for people who show the right characteristics!
You will have a professional, out-going and energetic personality along with a consultative and persuasive manner... Genuinely interested in people and relationship building, you'll be comfortable working in a lively, buzzy, fast-paced office environment and closing deals!
