Role Overview

The Sales Effectiveness Manager will design, execute, and lead a world class development academy to support our global sales and retention teams to deliver first class service to our customers, and deliver our growth ambitions. This will include leading a team of coaches to support our sales teams across 8 global locations.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and execute a world class learning, coaching and development academy for our global sales and retention community across all channels and territories
  • Review current sales methodology and collaborate with sales processes to identify and roll out best in class sales methodology aligned with our business strategy and purpose
  • Lead a global team of coaches and ensure consistency and best practice where relevant across our global hubs
  • Prepare ongoing reporting and dashboards to share impact on sales performance and learning goals
  • Gather market and business insight and trends to ensure continuous improvement learning and enhance performance effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key regional stakeholders and L+D teams to ensure a cohesive best practice learning journey
  • Adapt approach where needed to meet our regional customer needs and support sales and retention delivery
  • Support any key market events and our distributor training where required including market launches, new broker acquisition
  • To comply with and consider any local requirements from our regulators and/or any applicable local regulatory requirements
  • Ensure Bupa Global is competitive and always looking to enhance our leading position in the marketplace by securing and maintaining a good working knowledge of all competitor products and models

  • Experience of designing and executing sales plans and content
  • Strong planning/strategic experience in a coaching and development setting
  • Project and change management experience and knowledge
  • Excellent written, listening and questioning skills
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills
