Stephen James Bromley is looking for a Sales Enquiry Specialist.
Your role
As a Sales Enquiry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all sales enquiries that come into Stephen James, whether by telephone, email, live chat, online or event marketing. You will be an effective communicator and listener and will help the customer identify the correct vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will follow up on each enquiry lead with the Sales team with a view to progressing from enquiry to sale.
The main duties of the role include:
- Answer calls and respond to all customer enquiries, proactively identify their needs, build a rapport with each customer, and provide them information with regards to their enquiry
- Have thorough knowledge of the product range including new technologies, to speak confidently and effectively to existing and potential customers about our cars and services
- Respond to digital enquiries through the carwow/CRM portal within a specified timeframe of 1 hour
- Provide personalised PCP quotes when relevant (Velocity)
- Liaise directly with the appropriate manager and allocate each new enquiry to a Sales Executive
- Provide the highest levels of customer service and ensure that customers’ expectations and requirements are exceeded
- Create and coordinate customer appointments, proactively organising and making necessary arrangements for test drives
Basic Salary £26,624 with a competitive bonus opportunity OTE £31,624 per annum. Variable rotating shifts from: Monday – Friday, times ranging from 7am - 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm and 10am – 7pm plus Saturday 9am – 5pm (on a rota basis, 1 in 3, with an agreed day off in the week). Role is office-based.
Your profile
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with experience in delivering unrivalled customer service
- Keep up to date with complex information, proven selling skills and good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process-orientated approach with excellent administration & IT skills
- Proven experience in customer service & administration. Ideally, with experience in dealing with customers over the telephone and booking appointments.
