Why this job matters
As a Sales Engagement Professional you will be supporting a range of workstreams in delivering the design, development and implementation of policies, processes and working methods, progressing the BT Group's change agility and capabilities. You will be working on an extended migration programme to plan and execute sufficient migration activity across all our segments. This will be in order to achieve the optimum customer and commercial outcomes in a timely manner. In this role, you will be significant in ensuring our customers using unusual business uses for our legacy products are addressed as part of our migration journey.
What you’ll be doing
- Supports a range of activities in delivery of the multiple Business Change workstreams embedded within programme and projects.
- Monitors participation and support in the development and implementation of the organisation's strategic projects.
- Participates in the delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication and change enablement.
- Collates data and performs statistical analyses to help identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
- Analyses organisational and change portfolios in order to devise solutions and enable stakeholder collaboration across the group and ensures change needs are understood and appropriately planned for in the change portfolio.
Skills you'll need
- Experience in Project Management or sales delivery with an understanding of BT products and sales processes.
- Building and managing virtual delivery teams.
- Familiar with producing accurate and timely management information to support decision making.
- Knowledge in BT systems (Salesforce, Agent Desktop, and orders tools required)
- Customer focused analyst who can empathise with customers, and understands business use cases in different vertical markets.
