What you will do We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Excellence Training Manager to join our organization and take on the responsibility of delivering and supporting all sales training functions across the relationship B2B sales business. The role is a senior position within the UKI sales enablement organisation, empowered to work across the enterprise to focus on aligning the needs of the sales professionals, differing by role, with a strong focus on our sales managers skills and training needs. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in sales training and development, with a track record of successful sales performance. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a variety of methods and formats. Analytical mindset, with the capacity to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness. Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
