Who are you?

Being the first Sales Enablement specialist on the ground, you’ll be building the entire sales enablement function from scratch. You can create training programs to support a world-class B2B sales organisation at V7, embedding the continuous learning of core MEDDIC/MEDPICC and Force Management methodologies. You are confident in your ability but don’t feel satisfied or recognised in your current role and aspire to work in an awesome company that really values you, invests in you, listens to you and pays you handsomely for your efforts.

You follow a proven methodology, adhere to company policies and values, add to the top and bottom line, love being part of a team. You execute flawlessly.

What we’re looking for, ideally:

  • Exposure to a quota carrying role, with 2+ years’ experience in sales enablement and training.

  • Proven track-record in equipping GTM teams with the right tools and collateral to succeed within a MEDDIC driven organisation.

  • Genuine passion to help others succeed and desire to work in a role that is constantly evolving.

  • Willingness to define and refine best practices while working in a fast-paced scale-up.

  • A strong interest in AI is desirable.

  • You are disciplined in your processes, stage-gating your actions! You are meticulous in recording all of this in the CRM.

  • You collaborate, knowing whom to bring in at the right time, ensuring seamless communication at all times. Efficiency drives effectiveness.

  • You are curious, courageous, collaborative, capable, committed and creative.
