Job description
We are seeking a Sales Director to join our successful team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the generation of partnerships across professional sports organisations. PostPro will partner with professional sports organisations to design, manage and run leadership events, hosted at the stadium or training facilities, with the event focused on leadership through the lens of that particular sporting organisation.
The successful Sales Director will need the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:
· Proven Business Development leader
· Highly personable character who builds long term relationships
· Able to produce new sales opportunities through lead generation and lead conversion
· Long term and big picture thinker, considerate of business wide objectives
· Contacts within key professional sports organisations that can be utilised to create sales will be considered very advantageous
Role Summary
· Pro-actively sourcing potential partners
· Sustain and grow event revenue income
· Developing and presenting creative and bespoke partnership proposals
· Seek opportunities for existing partners to increase levels of engagement and partnership
· Ongoing management sales leads to help achieve annual business objectives and revenue targets

· Develop leads with prospective contacts across the professional sports network

Salary: £80,000.00 per year
