Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director, to lead a new team of sales. You must be hands on and will be given task to build a sales team for our SaaS product.
You will be given a minimum salary with company shares to build, accelerate and grow our sales income.
The Sales Director they want needs to be;
- Proactive
- A team leader / mentor and person developer
- Structured management style
- Have the foresight to deliver long term growth plans
- Ideally comfortable with technical products
As well as the above as Sales Director for this business you need to be passionate about your role, have the desire to manage your teams to be the best they can be. You must be a Sales Director that's not afraid to lead from the front and enjoy being customer facing as and when required.
You will be working from the London office.
Role / Person:
- You will need to be an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate Sales Director.
- Experienced with mentoring, leading, managing sales teams.
- Ideally be from or have a technical background.
- Be able to create and implement positive business strategy / business plans.
- Be able to mentor, develop, motivate, and manage sales teams.
- Be able to influence and negotiate with key decision makers.
- Work with marketing team to devise / develop and implement powerful marketing strategies.
- To be a company ambassador by collaborating / share best practice with other European markets & US/UK.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
