We have a lovely office in the heart of Vilnius where you will meet different people throughout the day and take your first steps to become a real B2B sales rock star.
Someone who has a passion for B2B Sales or is pursuing a degree in International Business would be an ideal contender for this role. As an SDR, you will get to be creative with your communication approach. No big brother looking over your shoulder and assigning tasks. You will be in full control of your schedule.
Rules are simple, performance = money.
Your workflow looks like this:
Run, monitor, and constantly improve your outreach sequences.
Update and clean your CRM.
Build relationships and manage massive client pipelines for our network.
Communicate via emails, phone, SoMe, and all other relevant channels.
Book meetings and get paid.
Requirements:
Being hungry to learn B2B business is more valuable than prior experience to us.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
CRM experience.
A performance-focused person who does not require constant babysitting and can take care of business.
Being proactive and open-minded in communication, building relationships with solid empathy to understand what drives potential clients.
Located in Europe and comfortable with visiting the office if necessary.

This is a Freelance / Contractor position with a starting salary of 900/month + a competitive bonus system. The sky is not the limit here for you!
