We are seeking an ambitious, sharp sales person to work alongside our Head of Sales in our Funky WeWork office, based in Southwark, South London.
About the role:
We’re looking for a charismatic, driven, experienced and naturally motivated sales specialist to join our London Team! You already know how to look after clients, build report and showcase the features and benefits of an awesome product!
This is a new, exciting and important role focused on first contact, engaging and qualifying business owners who are already trialing our product. (No cold calling!!)
Once qualified, you'll be booking the business into a live demonstration with yourself. This is performed via a zoom meeting, with the aim to match the businesses workflow with our award winning suite of features and products.
To be successful in this role you’ll be charged with:
  • Responding quickly on the phone to inbound sales enquiries and trialists. These businesses come from our digital marketing campaigns. There is no cold calling here.
  • Engage with these clients, understanding their business requirements and expertly gather the information to accurately work out if our product is right for them or not.
  • Updating Salesforce with information about the business and about your interaction, including current pains in their business and how we can help them by offering them a specific solution.
  • Booking and converting multiple demonstrations per day.

You’ll need to love talking with small to medium sized business owners and have a unique ability to ask the right questions, listen carefully, get these business owners talking and help find them the right solution!
Training, coaching and support on product knowledge to learn our awesome suit of features will be in your first week. Because you're already on top of your game, after your first week of training and induction you'll be ready to jump straight-in and start making a difference!
The ideal person:
You will have a combination of sales hunger, good soft skills, great rapport building, and most importantly the confidence and empathy to ask business owners the right questions to help convert them into a new customer.

  • Great ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. People like your manner over the phone. You sound approachable and helpful. You're great in dealing face to face with clients as you'll be running multiple business meetings over the camera everyday.
  • You have an ability to ask great questions and effortlessly engage these warm leads into a meaningful conversation. You listen well and know how to ask follow up questions in a conversation style
  • You are someone who just ‘clicks’ with other people – and your positive nature comes across on the phone.
  • You have a ‘Just Do It / Just Did It’ attitude. You get stuff done and then you get on and do more.

Preferably you have a lot of these qualities and experience:
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a sales / telesales role (Ideally with software/SaaS/small business focused) Also a minimum of one years experience in a daily face to face customer role.
  • Can relate well to a variety of people, are positive and love life.
  • Love to find new ways to make technology understandable and relatable.
  • Are highly organised and have great attention to detail.
  • Experience managing leads within a CRM – we use SalesForce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as you'll be chatting with business owners and trialists all day on the phone nand face to face via zoom meetings. You’ll also be using SMS and email to follow up your conversations.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment where everyone is friendly, smart and driven.
  • Have a creative streak and love finding new ways to connect with customers.

Commissions: This role is performance based with a realistic uncapped OTE of £38,000
