Role Overview: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at eSIM Go, your primary focus will be to generate and qualify leads, engage with potential partners, and play a critical role in expanding our partner base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential partners through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce them to eSIM Go's offerings.
- Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our eSIM solutions.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support them in advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead status in the partner relationship management (CRM) system. We use Hubspot as our CRM at eSIM Go.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to enhance sales strategies and pitch effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or partner-facing roles is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and communication skills to articulate the value of eSIM Go's solutions and handle objections effectively.
- Tech Enthusiast: A keen interest in telecommunications and emerging technologies, particularly eSIM technology.
- Initiative and Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success in a sales-driven environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Team Player: Collaborative and eager to work with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
