About The Opportunity

The ideal applicant will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and will possess an overwhelming desire to hit meet and exceed sales targets. The right candidate will be a creative, customer-focused individual and excel in a collaborative work environment with Account Executives and Sales Leadership. This person will possess strong communication skills and strive for development within their sales career. This is a mix of office-based and working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with decision makers at targeted accounts and schedule first meetings for the outside sales team.
  • Leverage High Velocity Sales and outbound prospecting techniques to run cadences on target accounts.
  • Manage inbound marketing-generated leads and convert them into meetings for the sales pipeline.
  • Work alongside Sales and Marketing Operations to maximize results for MQLS: webinars, download requests, events, and other marketing sponsored events.
  • Using Martech in place (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and Highspot) for industry and marketing focused lead generation and prospecting.
  • Track all activity through CRM, Salesforce.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Outbound sales experience responsible for filling the top of the funnel with qualified business.
  • Motivated to overcome obstacles when making meetings and hitting targets.
  • Strong phone skills Ability to prioritize when managing multiple deliverables.
  • Strong motivation for continuous knowledge and learning.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Prior experience working in the travel industry is preferred, but not required.
