Our client is an Australian based company established for 10 years with this division being in the UK for 2 years.They are rapidly becoming a global organisation with offices in North America, Europe and Australia with a Vision to ‘Create the Future of The Law’.
Due to our clients continued growth and international expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. The role will play a key part in supporting and growing the business, working as part of a world class, global commercial team.
Our client are the world leader in Legal Automation and Legal Innovation and their services are loved by over 200 of the world’s leading brands including General Motors, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, General Mills and Samsung.
Key objectives and desired outcomes:
Secure sales meetings with senior executives (mostly General Counsels, but also, CFOs, CEOs, CSO, CHROs) through phone, email and Linkedin on a consistent basis
Qualify in-bound leads received via their website and Linkedin to ensure proper fit and placement in customer learning journey
Partner with Sales Directors to schedule follow-up meetings after initial sales meeting to keep deal pipeline progressing
Continuously build out market opportunities by finding new well-fitted organisations and executives
Supporting objectives/ activities:
Maintain contact with clients, successfully booking visits
Develop ongoing call cycle, working with directors to support deal life cycle
Successful objection handling to converting non-existent relationships into warm leads
Expanding & maintaining territory – LinkedIn research, Salesforce
Data entry & management of Salesforce
Global diary management across multiple time zones
Work with the Marketing Director on lead generation and special projects
Delivering on projects within budget and time constraints
Maintaining marketing content exposure to new and existing clients
