Benefits Bonus / commission based structure Flexible working with 2 days remote per week 28 day holiday entitlement inclusive of bank holidays The Role At Blossom, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to build great relationships with our UK-based customers, train them on the Blossom product, and become part of our mission to transform the Early Years and childcare industry. What you'll be doing: You will apply your extensive knowledge of our product to present our offers convincingly You advise our potential customers on suitable solutions to problems and challenges You act as the gatekeeper of our sales funnel and indicate the direction for the sales department You will become an expert: in our market, draw on the constantly growing pool of data and information material and perfect your pitch so that you can deal with all questions and objections You familiarize potential customers with our software by successfully scheduling online demonstrations You will work closely with the sales team to meet the sales targets You'll expand your knowledge of product presentations and pipeline management to prepare for the next step in your sales career You’ll thrive in this role if you are: Are good at listening to others and understanding their needs Very good at organization and efficiency Have a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone Like to learn new things and want to develop yourself Can stand up for the success of colleagues Have very good knowledge of English and can communicate in writing without any problems Have passion for a product that simplifies the lives of many families and digitizes the childcare industry And it’d be even better if: Have experience in or passion for the childcare industry Experience onboarding SaaS platform customers We appreciate that everyone brings something unique, so even if you don’t tick every box above, we’d still love to read your application.
