Base Pay + Commission
Remote, UK
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Use sales techniques to get prospect interested and qualify them for an appointment.
- Using a 'power dialer' and working to meet quotas/deadlines
- Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Data input, manipulation, maintenance, and nurturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great at overcoming rejections and objection handling
Ideal requirements:
- 1+ years B2B sales experience
- SDR/BDR experience is a must
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems
- High speed internet and quiet working environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in an efficient manner
- Proven consultative selling approach
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas/targets
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: From £450.00 per week
