Base Pay + Commission

Remote, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Use sales techniques to get prospect interested and qualify them for an appointment.
  • Using a 'power dialer' and working to meet quotas/deadlines
  • Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
  • Data input, manipulation, maintenance, and nurturing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great at overcoming rejections and objection handling

Ideal requirements:

  • 1+ years B2B sales experience
  • SDR/BDR experience is a must
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • High speed internet and quiet working environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in an efficient manner
  • Proven consultative selling approach
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas/targets

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From £450.00 per week
