Due to our continued growth here at Woodforde’s we are on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Development Manager to join our on trade sales team covering the London region.We’ve been brewing great tasting beer for four decades. You’ll find us at the heart of the Norfolk Broads where we use the best locally grown malt, carefully selected whole hop flowers and water from the ancient aquifer below us to brew our awarding wining beers.You would be joining a team all committed to one thing – producing and selling great tasting beer!Our Sales development manager key responsibilities are:Managing and forging close working relationships and routes to market with existing customers in a designated territory, to increase sales and profit while managing costsConsistently Identifying and securing sustainable long term new business relationships by understanding each customers needs and offering the right solutionsMeeting individual sales and profit targets and working closely with the wider Woodforde’s Brewery teamThe successful candidate must demonstrate a knowledge of the drinks industry, excellent organisation skills, and be able to work in an agile environment.Must Haves:a great people person – approachable, trustworthy and confident – exceeding customer expectationsStrong sales skills – listening, presenting and closing the saleBe sales driven/focused and have the passion and tenacity to achieve resultsAbility to plan and organise daily, weekly and monthly tasks as effectively as possible and to work in a fun and fast paced environmentGood presentation / communication and analytical skillsWilling to work some evenings and weekendFull UK Driving LicenseLive in the Greater London areaNice to haves:Experience of Sage 200 and Sage 200 CRMKnowledge of or have worked in the food and beverage industryExperience of working with a range of products and key customersLive within the territory (as role is field based)We offer a competitive salary for as well as access to our family and friends discount scheme.If this sounds like the perfect fit for you we’ll look forward to hearing from you!Please send your CV to [email protected] Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: From £37,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Performance bonusExperience:Business development: 2 years (preferred)Sales: 2 years (preferred)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: On the road
