The role / responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, the new hire will help us:
· Inbound lead coverage
· Outbound sales prospecting across a range of channels – calling, emailing and linkedin outreach
· Qualify leads
· Close course and membership deals
· Social selling through LinkedIn
· Manage accounts to upsell products / services
· Generate appointments with key decision makers
· Monitor your sales objectives and deliver key results
· Create bespoke packages tailored specifically to client goals
· Drive new business development opportunities
About you
What we’re looking for is an individual who if flexible and adaptable to varying duties, depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff.
You’ll have the right balance of skills and mindset and be looking to grow your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and skills
· Target driven; commercial awareness to spot new opportunities.
· Ambitious; can see opportunities and grasp them.
· A people person; you love to meet new people, connecting/chatting comes naturally.
· Able and willing to overcome objections and win the support of new clients.
· Confident.
· Articulate (English: verbal and written).
· Not afraid of hard work.
About your experience
We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years sales experience with a track record of meeting (and exceeding) sales targets.
