What you will be doing...
At Jet2.com we are proud to deliver a VIP Service to our customers. We have some fantastic opportunities to join us as a Customer Helper - Sales Desk and Baggage Tracing Agent at Manchester Airport on a Fixed Term basis for Summer 2023!
What will you do as a Customer Helper - Sales Desk ?
- Create a great first impression and warm welcome, ensuring that all customers receive a VIP service.
- Play an important role help our customers with flight bookings and additional product sales
- Resolve customer enquiries such as flight changes and escalated queries
- Offer a dedicated service to ensure we return items to their owners as quickly and efficiently as possible using World Tracer.
This is a varied and fulfilling role with operational impact and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve our Sales and Customer Satisfaction targets.
This role is available on a 40 hour per week fixed term. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flight programme. Shifts will cover our 24/7 operation and will include working weekends and bank holidays.

The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. You will have a genuine passion for delivering great customer service and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast paced, ground operations environment. Previous experience of successfully meeting sales targets would be beneficial. You will also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Outlook and Excel, with good numeracy and communication skills.
