Location: Remote (Maybe required in Canary Wharf on occasion)
Reports to: Team Manager
Progression: Agents can progress to positions such as Senior Agent, Trainer, Quality Support Executive and Team Manager
Hours: 37.5 per week, Standard Office hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday & 8am – 4pm Saturday to Sunday. Hours each week will outlined in a monthly rota.
Outline
We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our existing team for Center Parcs. Center Parcs offer holiday packages to European customers both online and over the phone. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for customer service and a natural ability to influence sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
- Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by Center Parcs
- Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
- Cancel, modify or confirm visits already sold
- Upsell additional products, services and extended stays
