A day in the life of…
As Events sales Coordinator your role will be to respond to event enquiries and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. Identifying any new leads and contacts, working with the front of house teams in driving engagement. You will conduct sales lead calls to potential new accounts and clients and ensuring all sales databases are kept accurate and up to date. Performing general office duties and administrative tasks where needed which include weekly and monthly reports.
Based in the The Grand Hotel Leicester you will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess experience in social events and weddings You will also have great communication and people skills. You should also be able to display basic IT usage and use of social media.
