Job description
We're looking for someone to work closely with an experienced Business Development team to support them in their activities such as booking meetings and following up with client liaison.
The post holder will receive product and skills training and help to develop valuable commercial skills enabling them to manage key accounts.
The role will be supporting the BD team and following up with the CC Infrastructure Services client base, manging customer accounts, following up quotes and booking meetings. Whilst promoting the company as a supplier of choice.
Duties include:
- Completion and monitoring of quote follow up calls.
- Organising appointments for the Management team.
- Daily completion of diarised activities / calls / follow ups etc.
- Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
- Completing follow up calls from marketing activities.
- Carrying out customer satisfaction checks once a job has been completed.
- Keeping all software platforms updated, such as CRM, SharePoint and Jobwatch.
This is a job share role. Working days - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
