The Role
Responsible for over 50% of the UK Groups turnover, we work with clients and candidates across 6 different sectors:
- Highways
- Rail
- Water
- Utilities
- Buildings
- Public Sector
We focus very much on delivering STEM resources to our clients, helping them to deliver their projects on time and to budget. We offer a partnership approach with our clients, not just to help them transitionally, but also to go the extra mile and support on challenges outside of the norm as well. It’s all about innovation; if our clients need help solving a problem, we’re here to help.
We’re also now responsible for supporting our clients through the technological revolution, moving them into the modern ways of working to improve efficiencies and productivity.

Recruitment Consultant.
As our consultant, you will have the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in a lively, upbeat sales environment.
You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations – building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
- Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
- Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
- Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
- Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
