No Regrets are a Tattoo Company with exceptional standards, seeking an experienced salesperson to establish themselves in the Bristol studio as a Sales Consultant.
Established in Cheltenham in 2008, No Regrets now has six studios across the country with the clear vision to connect tattoo collectors with artists. Creating a unique collaboration through the journey from inspiration and design to tattoo; connection is at the centre of what we believe leads to great artwork on the skin.
NR is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Consultant for their Bristol location. The role will require the candidate to have excellent sales experience and empathetic communication skills, used to working with a large number of leads and adept at qualifying and overcoming objections.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Bristol area (or within a commutable distance) in order to work within the studio.
An interest in tattoos would be beneficial, but not vital. We can teach you everything you need to know about tattoos if you come with the right sales approach.
This role is not a tattoo apprenticeship, nor will it lead to one.
The Job:
Understand and deliver on KPI’s working to achieve and exceed the goals of the business.
Effectively and efficiently deal with all sales enquiries through telephone, email and face-to-face. Walk in conversion is an essential part of the business.
Using sales experience to increase income in line with studio targets. This includes arranging consultations and customer bookings, lead qualifying from various marketing platforms and proactively offering additional products and services to cross-sell when needed.
Able to handle a large client base. NR is actively expanding our marketing reach and the successful candidate will be expected to work through a high number of leads per day.
A good understanding of repeat custom value, and recommendation value.
Build good relationships with the artists, understanding the different styles and preferences of each artist to match them perfectly with each client.
Working proactively within all aspects of the role, showing care and attention to detail with every task. Understand processes and be able to cover Front of House when required by the business.
About You:
Self-starter with a proactive approach to understanding a growing business. Flexibility with time and responsibilities is essential, understanding the fluid nature of the industry.
Previous sales experience of at least 4 years is required. The studio works to revenue targets and there is an opportunity to earn a commission based on personal and studio performance.
Excellent communication skills, whether in person, over the phone or via email. You will often be translating a clients’ vision to the artist and vice versa, so the ability to relate to people on multiple levels is essential.
You will need to be personable and confident around new people, as you will be meeting new clients frequently.
An understanding of tattoos and the tattoo process, from enquiry through to aftercare, is desirable but not essential.
