Job description
We’re currently looking for Sales Associates to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family in our state-of-the-art Technology department. Whether you’re looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.
About the role
Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.
In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes an annual salary of £25,500 and access to a competitive commission scheme, a company pension, 22 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.
About You
You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.
