St Andrews Links is a dynamic organisation responsible for the world's most renowned public golf complex. Recognised around the world as the Home of Golf, St Andrews Links is home to the world’s most famous Links; the Old Course; six other award-winning courses, a state-of-the-art Golf Academy, three Clubhouses and five retail stores.
We are currently looking for fixed-term temporary Sales Associates to join our retail team in our 2023 seasonal from June. The successful candidates will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to our visitors and golfers in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, committed and have experience within the Retail Industry.
The candidate will be responsible for;
Provide excellent sales service to customers ensuring service levels and sales targets are achieved.- Contribute to the achievement of the sales budget by taking a proactive approach towards selling.
- Participate in training sessions to ensure appropriate knowledge is gained in all retail disciplines.
- Develop thorough product knowledge in order to identify specific features relevant to the visitor experience.
- Visual merchandising of the stock following agreed procedures/layout.
- Follow the appropriate security procedures at all times.
- Cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Adherence to all Link’s policies and procedures.Any other duties that may be required.
