The Issuer Services team sits within the Capital Markets team of the London Stock Exchange. The team’s mandate is to build and maintain relationships with issuers and be a revenue generating centre through the Issuer Services platform and other services:
Our core clients are the Investor Relations teams and the c-suite within our Issuers and Pre-IPO companies. We aim to offer them a range of products and services through the platform, that is split across five broad areas:
Company profile page on
Data - Pricing / Trading Data / After Market Research / ESG Scores and more.
Marketplace – LSE and third party service providers presented to issuers and their advisers.
Spark – Thought leadership content and events
SparkLive – Company results presentations and livestreams

Through the Issuer Services Marketplace the Issuer Services team work with around 75 third party product and service providers all of whom are there to support our issuer clients and their advisers.
We have very large law firms through to new and innovate fintech businesses. We present the Marketplace members to our issuers through webinars, conferences, 1 v 1 videos, networking events, roundtables and the Issuer Services Marketplace page Issuer Services | London Stock Exchange (lsegissuerservices.com)
The Marketplace members use their membership to raise their visibility, develop their network and present to issuers. They pay an annual fee for their membership. Issuers find the content created and the services helpful to support them as listed companies.

We are recruiting for an individual to be an Associate to assist with the ongoing development and commercialisation of the Marketplace product and assist in taking it to the next level of maturity. The candidate will report to the Director of the Marketplace. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively and effectively within the Issuer Services team and especially with the team members responsible for the Marketplace.
Enter the key responsibilities of the role:
- Assist in the development of the Marketplace
- Assist in presenting the Marketplace to potential new members
- Act as a relationship manager for a group of members
- Work with other LSEG teams to fully understand the onboarding of new Marketplace members
- Work to enhance the client experience and the process that clients go through as a result of their membership.
- Gather client feedback to inform product and business decisions
- Assist with marketing of the Marketplace both as a product in itself and as a tool for issuers to utilise
- Work with the Primary Markets team and broader Issuer Services team to develop and maintain relationships with issuers and pre-IPO companies to benefit all parties
- Be comfortable taking ownership of digital and physical events and being able to manage them from start to finish.
- Be comfortable reporting financial and analytical performance internally and externally.
- In relation to the relationship management of issuers, the candidate would be expected to proactively engage with issuers every day to ensure we are developing the platform in line with their needs and feedback. It is also important that the candidate is able to monitor the issuers use of the platform and spot cross selling opportunities as they arise.
Enter the essential experience and skills required:
- Experience in working in financial institutions or financial services businesses.
- Client management and business development experience
- An understanding of Investor Relations and Company Secretarial responsibilities would be beneficial.
- Experience with both private and public companies
- Experience in developing new products would be helpful
