<span 72="">HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
<span 72="">
<span 72="">As an Ambassador for Cartier, you will ensure a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, proactively develop your client portfolio and support with daily boutique operations.
<span 72="">
<span 72="">Sales Achievements
- <span 72="">Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
- <span 72="">Master perfectly the selling ceremony
- <span 72="">Adapt according to client needs and motivations.
- <span 72="">Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
- <span 72="">Act as the privileged contact for the client in case of After Sales
- <span 72="">Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
<span 72="">
<span 72="">Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
<span 72="">
- <span 72="">Cultivate strong client relationships and develops client loyalty
- <span 72="">Develop efficiently the client portfolio
- <span 72="">Execute targeted CRM actions
- <span 72="">Participate to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison
<span 72="">
<span 72="">Boutique Operations
<span 72="">
- <span 72="">Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
- <span 72="">Participate in inventories
- <span 72="">Support the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
- <span 72="">Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
- <span 72="">Assist with special projects when requested
- <span 72="">Undertake administrative tasks and stock room related tasks when required
<span 72="">
<span 72="">HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
<span 72="">
- <span 72="">A proven track record of successful achievement within watches and jewellery retail environment
- <span 72="">Department stores experience
- <span 72="">A sales orientated target driven background
- <span 72="">Excellent customer service credentials
- <span 72="">Experience of dealing effectively with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
- <span 72="">Fluent in English - ideally one additional language
- <span 72="">IT literate
- <span 72="">A strong communicator
- <span 72="">Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mind-set
- <span 72="">Team-player with empathy and strong interpersonal skill
<span 72="">
