Job description
We are an independent retail jewellery business based in Dundee City Centre and we are looking for someone with a passion for luxury products.
The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and great customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product ranges
⁃ Helping people with the knowledge they need to choose items from our ranges and looking after their best interests
⁃ Receiving and booking in of repairs
⁃ Communicate to a high standard with colleagues, work as part of a team and use your own initiative
⁃ Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers
⁃ Excellent time keeping, smart appearance with a can-do attitude.
⁃ Think creatively
⁃ Look to achieve sales targets in line with company objectives

The role is full time
