About the role
Responsibilities include:
· Act as the liaison between customer requests and internal teams ensuring clients requirements are met.
· Process Account Debit Notes/claims aligned to business deadlines on focus Accounts.
· Update Accrual trackers aligned to claim details on focus Accounts.
· Process Debit Notes internally aligned to claims.
· Manage externally & internally any disputed claims and resolving in a timely manner.
· Support Account Managers on internal and external weekly reports such as SOA Trackers including Customer SOA confirmation forms.
· On focus National Accounts, support in checking SOA processes liaising with Account manager and Account.
· Maintain accurate financial records such as tracking Customer Net turnover aligned to any Rebate targets.
· Market analysis including feeding back to Account managers on findings.
· Day to day contact for Finance related queries for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all ad hoc queries are resolved.
What are we looking for?
· Educated to a Degree level.
· Excellent PC skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel, good working knowledge of PowerPoint & Outlook.
· Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy.
· Able to demonstrate good numeracy and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the business and our customer base.
