The Role
As a Sales Associate you will help build relationships and generate business within our existing customer base. You will also be encouraged to develop your own customer base and take the initiative to present new ideas and sales strategies to the team. You will be focused on selling software tools and consultancy services (both in-house and from our varied software partners).
You will have the opportunity to obtain accreditations and specialise in technologies from our software partners to become the “go-to” person within the AC team for specific services and tools.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and nurture new sales leads in long-term customer relationships
Identify new sales leads and progress to conclusion
Develop strong relationships with existing customers
Writing of detailed proposals and customer contracts
Involvement in events both online and in-person
Your profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential
Nice to have
A relevant and strong degree, 2:1 minimum
Keen interest in the Technology sector
Previous work experience within a relevant
sales position
A knowledge of and interest in the software
development lifecycle
Exceptional written and communication skills
Experience of Atlassian software including
familiarity with Jira, Confluence and
BitBucket is a bonus.
Personable, with an enthusiastic approach to work
The passion to learn new skills and
procedures in order to be an effective member of the team
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
deliver to strict deadlines
Strong ability to work independently and
manage time effectively

Salary and Benefits: £35,000 - £45,000 Per Annum
